The Process

Moisture Removal

This is the first process. This refers to the condensation of water from the used oil, and discarding it in the air as steam.

Particle Removal

This goes after the moisture removal process. The oil now then goes through numerous filters to totally remove foreign particles.

Result

After the whole process, the polluted oil will be good as new. Its color, transparency, smell, and viscosity is restored.

Only OPT thoroughly cleans used hydraulic oil from an equipment. Our technology can purify oil not only from the tank but also from the cylinder and line system.

If hydraulic oil is purified only from the tank, the polluted oil in the cylinder and line system will be mixed again with the clean oil. This can be harmful to the equipment since more hydraulic oil is stored in the cylinder and line system than in the tank.
